George Zdronov at Spire Group was absolutely great in helping my boyfriend and I find an apartment we are delighted with! We have an extra large dog, which isn't accepted in most buildings in NYC, making our search that much harder. George was not only patient with us, but very knowledgeable of NY management companies, rental, and coop buildings, letting us know which would or wouldn't accept us and our dog and which were actually worth seeing. I would send George listing after listing to look into and he always follow-up the next morning with a full report on which listing would/wouldn't work in addition to doing his own homework and letting us know of apartments new to the market that would work for us too. George was able to help us find several apartments fitting to us; however the fees involved with all the others were completely absurd and we were not willing to move forward because of them. George totally understood and continued helping in our search to find the perfect place! In the end, not only did we find a great home but George helped us avoid the broker fee (which was paid by the management company of the building he found for us) and security fee (which this building did not require). I highly recommend you use George Zdronov as your next broker when looking for an apartment in NYC, especially if you have specific needs like accepting a big dog and are only willing to look in a few popular locations! I should also mention, George was referred to me by Bianka Yankov, who helped me find my current apartment 3 years ago - and she was just as fantastic!

As we all know, apartment hunting in Manhattan is a horrific challenge. My experience was anything but horrific thanks to working with George Zdronov. George was hands down the most accessible, reliable, HONEST and dedicated realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He did not (at any point) show me apartments that were outside of my budget ( nor did he try to sway my budget) or outside of the neighborhood I wanted to live in. George VERY quickly had a clear sense of what I was looking for and was able to streamline the listings to fit my requests. His knowledge of the neighborhood, other real estate companies, and management companies ensured that neither of us wasted our time looking into apartments that would never come to fruition. It is also noteworthy, that in addition to George being a great realtor, he also happens to be a very nice guy (this is important when you spend hour after hour and day after day with someone). I will very strongly recommend George to anyone looking for an honest, kind and knowledgable Realtor in NYC. He found me a home I am thrilled about and made the experience smooth and easy!!

Had to move and I couldn't
imagine a better experience than I had with George Z. He wasn't pretentious, and he actually made me feel like I was his number one client. I told him what I wanted and he found the exact apartment that suited my needs. In my line of business I deal with a lot of real estate brokers and he is definitely on top of my list of best performers.
