Working with John Jourden and his associate T.A. Fields at Spire Group has been a true pleasure. We were treated like we were VIP's with an unlimited budget and they went above and beyond what we expected when we went to look at properties. From my first contact with her, I knew that I was in good hands, and I had been working with so may other agents who had consistently disappointed me. TA actually listened to what my needs were and tailored her apt search for me to those needs. She has an amazing intuitive sense and was very well informed not only about the apts and the buildings, but the neighborhoods, subways, and everything else that you could possibly need to know. I was also impressed by the apparent reputation she has established, as everywhere we went, people knew and obviously respected her and enjoyed working with her.
