Nikolay Hadzhikolev with Spire Group here in New York and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Spire Group and with Nikolay in particular.
The only available time that I had for my search was in the evenings, Nikolay set up appointments during the day and even picked me up at work to head out for our searches. Nikolay was extremely professional, thorough and provided an abundance of suitable properties for me to view. This was a very welcome change as the other brokers did not listen to my requirements and often attempted to pressure me into taking the few listings that they showed.
In short, Nikolay was a professional and provided valuable insight into the real estate market of New York. I cannot stress how valuable this was for a new comer to the area. I would not have found my apartment without his help. Nikolay provided a personalized boutique service in the spirit of Tiffany & Co. and I would recommend him as a point of contact for any new hire relocations to New York.

Amazing work overall. Had a horrible experience with 2 previous brokers, but this was very different. Nikolay actually listens to your needs and will stop at nothing to find the appropriate place to show you...even if it's at an inconvenient time for him...will definitely use him again next time!

Nikolay has been hands down the best broker I have ever worked with. Originally we had planned to move months in advance and he still took time out of his Sunday, which he usually spends at home with his family, to show me and my room mate around due to our busy Monday to Friday schedules.
Nikolay was always in contact with us, he was always on time, he had great depth of knowledge and is upfront with everything. No hidden fees, no hidden contracts.
Right away he communicates he is interested in building a long-term relationship and because of this he doesn't try to jam you into a place just to clip his fee.
I have personally recommended him to friends and co-works (including my boss).
I will use Nikolay in the future without hesitation – he is my broker for life.

Nikolay helped me navigate my apartment search while I was overseas and also assisted in finding a roomate when my lease expired. He is very experienced and has excellent local knowledge and found exactly what I was looking for.

After moving to New York from Canada I interacted with a large number of brokers before I found Nikolay. My experience was overwhelmingly negative! Other brokers did not listen to my requirements, pressured me to get me to rent their listings, did not return calls or emails, and wasted enormous amounts of time and energy taking me to properties that were clearly not suitable based on my provided list of requirements.
Nikolay took the time to listen to my needs, provided relevant, accurate feedback and guidance, each day he took me to properties that matched my list perfectly. In short, Nikolay was a breath of fresh air! I would not have found my perfect apartment without his help! I can recommend Nikolay fully and without reservation. I cannot imagine attempting to navigate the New York rental market without his aid.

Nikolay Hadzhikolev is THE BEST! [nikolay@spiregroupny.com]. I'm an attorney in NYC and didn't have time to find a place to live. Nikolay has placed me in 2 different apartments over the years, one where I was broke and one where I was able to afford exactly what I wanted. He will bend over backwards to find the perfect apartment. While he tries to be affordable, in NYC, you get what you pay for. And Nikolay is worth every penny. I recommend him to everyone, friends, family, my boss. He is the best.
