Born in the Big Apple and raised on 99th Street in El Barrio of East Harlem, Bryan got to experience New York City’s vast economic spectrum firsthand, which is why he is eager to help people from all walks of life with real estate regardless of their background or economic status. While he has lived in all boroughs except Staten Island, he knows Manhattan like the back of his hand and plans on focusing his energy on properties in this area.
Before Bryan became a much sought after real estate agent, he spent five years delivering healthy lunches to daycares as well as both charter and private schools all over New York City. He has also enjoyed his time as an Uber driver because of all the interesting people he has met along the way.
Naturally adventurous, ambitious and energetic, Bryan’s motivation to connect with and help people shines brightly. His clients appreciate his honesty and find him to be quite humble, charming, and down to Earth, plus he keeps them entertained with his great sense of humor. Fluent in Spanish, Bryan is an integral part of the Bigger Pockets and Uber communities and is involved with father meet-ups as well as hunting, fishing, gun, and archery clubs. Bryan holds an associate’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, and is proudly serving as Treasurer of Baruch College’s Real Estate Club. He currently resides in the Washington Heights area and keeps abreast of the market by listening to real estate podcasts and reading books about the industry. In his down time, Bryan learns valuable insights by studying books about motivational speaking and self-improvement.
