Spire Group kicked off the season with an elaborate spring networking event coinciding with the launch of their boundary-breaking ad campaign 'Be 100% Happy' in The Real Deal. Over 500 guests joined the festivities at Midtown Loft & Terrace recently.
The party, sponsored in part by Citi, HOME Mortage, and Crown Designs, played heavily on the 'Happy' theme. Guests entered to a celeb-style carpet, took part in a green screen photo shoot to emulate their own happy ads, enjoyed a live performance from Broadway star Joan Hess of Mama Mia fame, along with several sponsored giveaways, fabulous food, music, and open bar.
Both the event and the campaign were designed to showcase the momentum of the firm (over 100 agents joined this year) and the exceptionally high agent satisfaction Spire has enjoyed since launching two years ago. They are now 150 agents strong and counting.
