Stan helped us to locate and purchase our condo in The Essex House, New York City. He showed us many locations, helped to narrow the decision and found for us what has turned out to be the perfect place. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely patient and makes the entire real estate purchase process absolutely painless. He is a superb realtor and, even more importantly, a superb person as well! We recommend him highly!

Stan must be one of the most conscientious agents ever! Stan was originally involved when we purchased our 37th floor condo in the Essex House. Once we were in the building we frequently encountered Stan and he became a wonderful friend. Professionally he is over the top. We were able to list and sell our condo with Stan''s expertise, and buy another condo at the Essex House on the 32nd floor. We had a gap between owning and had to rent, here again Stan saved the day with a short term rental in the building. He made all of our dealings in NYC very easy. I am always happy to recommend Stan.

First of all there are not enough positive words in the English dictionary to describe Stan. I have know Stan for over twenty years and helped me with the sale and purchase of my last two homes. I literally had my apt sold and moved into a coop in the Flatiron in less than one year. Stan worked so hard with me in helping me pick my current home and saved me from several dogs that I almost purchased. I finally purchased the right home and could not be happier, and landed in a great building in prime location b/t USQ; Flatiron; Chelsea. Also, Stan has the patience of JOB, as he spent so many precious weekends taking me to OHes and appointments for 3 months as I searched for the right home. Stan is the best broker I have ever worked with, and I have worked with so many. He has more honor and integrity than anyone you will ever meet, which is rare commodity.

We have known Stan for 11 years and he has always provided honest & professional service. He has continually been able to present to us possible options to rent out our unit in the Essex House. The biggest advantage of dealing with Stan is that he is active with the tenant during the entire process. This always leaves us comfortable with his selection of tenants since our home is our most valuable asset.

Meeting and working with Stan this past summer was very relieving. We were in desperate need to find accommodation for the summer within a very short time frame and Stan was able to meet our needs and more. He is a knowledgeable agent that we trust and highly recommend. Staying at the Essex House was very enjoyable and Stan was always just a phone call away for anything that we needed. He has become a very great friend in NYC and we look forward to working with him again in the near future

Stanley Hancock came highly recommended to us from a large Washington D.C. real estate firm. We have never had better service from an agent. Additionally, Stanley understood our particular needs for both office space as well as residential and we vetted many properties via the internet which saved me considerable ground time. I flew to NYC and Stanley showed me the perfect property and in less than 2 days, I had signed my contract.
If you are a busy person, he is certainly your go-to guy.

When I had a major client opening a branch office in New York City, I called Stan. Stan did his homework, analyzed my client's needs and budget and after arranging a half day tour the client signed a two-year lease on a townhouse. My client --- and I --- are very, very pleased. Fast, efficient & on top of the Manhattan market!

When I needed to sell my West Side Townhouse, I knew I only had to make one phone call to Stan. I had worked with Stan before and know him personally so when I got a divorce and had to sell my house, I called him and he started the process. I was able to sell the house within 6 months and get the sad part of my history behind me. He got the job done and I was very happy with the entire transaction!
